Cool Background in paint

Watch the video and see. Alternately Steps are below.
1. Open Paint (All Programs>Accessories>Paint)
2. Click Image>Attributes
3. Select the box which says pixels and the box with color and in width put 2 and in height put 1.

4. Press ok and zoom in 8 times.
5. Select pencil and put 2 different colors in each side of the rectangle.
6. Save and select set as background (centered)
